I just had an enjoyable experience with Victor the service manager. Victor helped me when nobody else was willing to and for that I would only go to Devoe GMC for my future service appointments. Victor tried very hard to install a part I just picked from parts department. He was on his way home but he stopped to help me. Victor is a true professional service manager. He lied down on the floor outside trying to connect the new part. He unfortunately couldn't so he told me to come the next morning to have a mechanic look at it and it was fixed and installed to my complete satisfaction. Victor...you're number one. Your boss is good too for knowing that you're best fit for this position! ??????

Great as always. I try to plan my regular services so they occur when I am in FL and near the dealership. I have always had great experiences, and honest communication. I've absolutely found my preferred service center. As a result, when I am ready to upgrade my current Yukon I'll be visiting this dealership with the hopes that their sales arm is as strong as their service arm. I have no doubt that I will be impressed yet again.
