Matt Colla has been in the Automotive industry since 2000, and not long after starting with DeVoe Buick GMC in 2008 it was clear that he is a true MVP. He is the GMC New Vehicle Sales Manager and tackles everyday with the belief that being direct and honest with people is the only the way to do business (we also agree with this philosophy). When he is not in the showroom he loves spending time with his wife and 3 children. Their favorite pass times are going to the beach and finding new places to explore in Florida. To all you Ohio fans out there Matt is originally from Youngstown, so the next time you’re at the store make sure to let out an O-H you won’t have to wait too long for the I-O!
Originally from Ohio, Devan has been in the automotive industry since 2002 and we can proudly say every one of those years have been with us at DeVoe Automotive! You will never meet a more organized individual than Devan which suites him well since he is the Parts Manager for our Buick, GMC, and Subaru locations. In his off time he loves being outdoors kayaking, fishing, and swimming with his family.

Vince Caltagirone, an automotive veteran since 1985, has been a cornerstone at DeVoe Buick GMC since 1987. Originally from Tampa, he now calls Naples, Florida, home. The Sierra 1500 holds a special place in his heart, especially since he owns one himself. Beyond the world of vehicles, Vince finds fulfillment in cultivating relationships with his wonderful clients, assisting them with their automotive needs. In his personal life, Vince is surrounded by the warmth of family. His wife Sue, daughter Jennifer, and two grandchildren, Ciana and Isaiah, create a circle of love and joy. It's a family affair at DeVoe, with one of his grandchildren working alongside him at the dealership. Outside the showroom, Vince indulges in his passions. Carpentry, shooting sports, and fishing fill his free time with satisfaction. Known for his good humor, Vince's favorite dad joke is a classic: "What did one cannibal say to the other when they were eating a clown? Does this taste funny?" For Vince, working with the DeVoe organization has been more than a job it's a fulfilling experience. He emphasizes the organization's commitment to both employees and customers, stating that "Do the right thing" is the guiding principle, creating a workplace where care and integrity prevail.
The 3 H’s are what come to mind when you work with Adam; Humble, Honest, and Hard-working. Adam has been with DeVoe Buick GMC since 2019 and has lived in Naples since 1993. When he is not working to get the best deal for his customers he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, exercising, and rumor has it he is a phenomenal cook!
