We had a great experience at this dealership. We worked with Gregg and he was kind, helpful, and easy to work with. He wasn’t pushy, and we never felt pressured at any point in the process. The dealership overall was just as solid. No constant calls or emails, no pressure tactics (unlike the Fort Myers dealership). It felt straightforward and old school in the best way. 10/10 experience and we’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

Greg was polite and direct, just the way I like to do business. As a young woman buying a car, I’ve had my fair share of unpleasant experiences. Greg treated me with respect and answered all of my questions. He made himself available and tailored the experience to me: simple and professional. I love my Envista, so far! Never thought I’d be a Buick person but they are really stepping up designs.

We felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a sales associate opened the door for us. Daron Lynn our sales associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. No pressure at all during the whole process. I loved the no nonsense approach, best price upfront. We requested that we have a couple of days to think through the offer. Daron said, absolutely. I called a couple of days later and asked if there was any other incentive? He said, you have our best and lowest price. We bought the vehicle. A wonderful vehicle (2024) Buick Envista and a very pleasant buying experience. Highly recommend Devoe, a long family history with excellent customer satisfaction.

I’ve been working with Dave Strauss and he’s on top of it, everytime. I have a brand new 2025 Buick Envista and I was at the Buick dealership previously for a blown speaker where the wires were crossed and had a Bluetooth connection as well. Even though the first issue was fixed, we were hoping it would fix the 2nd issue with the Bluetooth and it didn’t so I brought it back. It turns out I need a whole new radio. Either way, even though these are annoyances to me, I’m happy to have a representative such as Dave and his service team who is always there to help me with whatever problem surfaces and always walk away with a solution.

I was looking around for a 2024 buick envista and no one had any in-stock except devoe, They had multiple in stock. It was a nice experience with Daron helping me out and making everything fast and easy. I came looking and ended up driving a new car home. Daron has also followed up with me and has gone above and beyond to make sure I had the best service. I will continue to make the trip from lehigh to have all my oil changes and services done right.
