Did all transactions via text, email and phone to purchase a used 2025 Buick Enclave Avenir. My salesperson (Josselyne Martinez) was great throughout the process. Credit manager (Justin) was awesome as well. Living in SC to purchase this vehicle in Naples FL was a process. Josselyne sent me a personal video of the Enclave and went over any concerns I had. We had a great experience at this dealership. We worked with Gregg and he was kind, helpful, and easy to work with. He wasn’t pushy, and we never felt pressured at any point in the process. The dealership overall was just as solid. No constant calls or emails, no pressure tactics (unlike the Fort Myers dealership). It felt straightforward and old school in the best way. 10/10 experience and we’d definitely recommend them to anyone.
