Ted was our salesman and he was great. We set up an appointment to come view the Yukon we wanted to see. When we pulled in he came out to greet us and had the Yukon ready for us to look at. The total buy/paperwork process us took maybe 2 hours which was much better than any other car buying experience I've ever had.
